Bryan Taylor spotted the opportunity for Sitehelpdesk in 2000, when he realised there were no other Web browser-based help desk products available on the market. Bryan’s main responsibilities are sales and consultancy of the service, Web site design and optimisation, and finance. Bryan was formerly an accountant and MIS manager at International Consulting Engineers who deals with large projects such as Aswan and Hong Kong Metro. Bryan was responsible for installing finance systems and the development of in-house project management and management information systems. Prior to this, Bryan worked at Exchange, an insurance quotation comparison service company, between IFA’s and insurance companies. Bryan has a BA (Hons) in accounting and finance from Kingston University and is ACMA qualified. In his spare time he loves to sail, he was 1988 Olympic sailing reserve and 470 National Champion for sail racing dinghy.
