About the Author
Over 17 years payment industry experience in consumer banking and in outsourced processing environments, Emma Mills is now responsible for the Client Management & Client Implementation functions for Adeptra in EMEA. Emma has experience of Auto-resolution solutions across multiple geographies, business functions and verticals. Her experience covers the analysis and continued improvement of Adeptra’s technology performance, the identification of integration opportunities to other relevant market solutions and the contributions to the IVMA industry standards. Prior to joining Adeptra, Emma worked with First Data within the client development function. She was responsible for collaborating with clients on optimising their use of the processing platform to grow business, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiencies. Emma’s earlier career covered a number of roles across card issuing and acquiring in both sales and operational functions. Certified in Bank Card Management, Qualified to Post Graduate level in Marketing (CIM) and is Prince 2 Project Management Method Certified.
