About the Author
Ken Paul joined Sophos in 2004 as Human Resources Manager based in Abingdon, UK. He has a wealth of human resources experience and his career has included work in talent management, recruitment management & information systems and business support. Before joining Sophos, Ken was head of Human Resources at Nestlé Waters Powwow where he led the HR integration of both Powwow and Nestlé employees into a single business following Nestlé's acquisition of Powwow. Earlier experience includes senior positions at Blackwell Publishing and RM plc.
