About the Author
Paul-Henri Ferrand leads the global marketing organization for Dell’s Consumer and Small and Medium Business (CSMB) organisation. Paul-Henri is responsible for all the elements of marketing within the CSMB business, including defining marketing strategy, driving the Brand across all segments, leading global segmentation, CRM and Messaging activities and managing demand generation programs and marketing activities across all Regions and Channels. Paul-Henri holds a Master’s degree in engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications in Paris, France.
