First of all, thanks for linking to my blog. Second of all it&#039;s amazing they&#039;ve made so much money from Twitter given their apparent lack of interest in customer interaction (which is the bit most of our clients are most keen on!). If I get some spare time before Christmas I&#039;ll see if I can find out how much the companies that ARE using Twitter to engage with customers are making. A &#039;compare and contrast&#039; exercise could be quite interesting ...
