Huddle users should notice some of the software’s biggest improvements yet when they log into their accounts on Thursday 10 February.
Huddle says it has tidied up the look and feel of the software from the ground up, improving navigation, shortcuts and content areas so that you can find what you need faster. Huddle says user feedback prompted the changes.
New features included in this update are:
Task start dates
Set a start date for each task, allowing you to track your projects more effectively. This change includes a new ‘at risk’ status in task filters so that you can quickly find which tasks are at risk of not being completed on time.
Task visualisation on Dashboard
The tasks graph released last month, giving a visual overview of project status, has now been added to the Dashboard page as well. Project managers now have a central place where they can quickly track progress of multiple projects from a single login.
Improved administration options
Huddle has improved the ease of use for Account Managers so users can be removed, or choose to leave workspaces at any time – check the Support Portal for more information on how this works.
Improved file page performance
Huddle has made significant improvements to our Files area, reducing page loading and folder creation times in larger workspaces.
Huddle said it do not expect any interruption to service or downtime for this release – these updates will be available to users as soon as they login. To get a sneak preview of Huddle’s new look and feel before 10 February, try this interactive demo.
