		<description>I&#039;ve tried the free version that sends up to 100 emails per go, and I found it to be very easy to use. I think Group Metrics for tracking could also be implemented to PHP by embedding an image download from the server, every time a particular image is downloaded, it&#039;s counter increments by one. </description>
