		<description>True, this century will be the shift to Cloud and SaaS. No small/mid size company will buy and own hardware and software in a few years. Access to applications is through terminals provided by a Service provider. They also provide the network and terminals (PC&#8217;s/MAC&#8217;s) and everything is managed from the service provider. There is no need for IT personnel for the companies. 
 
The service provider will also offer access to applications, either from themselves or from SaaS providers like Google, Salesforce.com etc. 
 
I agree, we need a standard and service for authentication, so the user can access all applications and related data with a single sign-on. </description>
