Periscope By McKinsey, announced today that it is enhancing its platform with new Marketing, B2B Sales, Customer Experience, and Insights capabilities. These additions will increase clients’ marketing effectiveness and sales, and bolster customer service and satisfaction. The solutions are fully integrated into the Periscope platform, which helps drive multi-year revenue growth for clients in the Retail, Consumer Goods, B2B, Finance and Airline industries.
